Grad School

Grad School is not quite what I expected. For some reason I thought I had mastered the ability to write well. Maybe it is because I took classes from Dr. Mueller, who terrorized non-history majors (and some history majors). It has taken five weeks for me to realize that maybe, maybe I am not an idiot. My favorite class is American studies. I have yet to get a good grade on any essays I hand in, but the professor is chill and the work load is decent. My most hated class: Latin. I F-ing hate it. I suppose it is better than taking French, but sometimes I wonder. The professor is way nice, and is probably the best foreign language instructor I've ever had. That being said, Latin is a pain. The words are so irregular that translating them is a chore. People say it's a dead language, but I think whoever "killed" it should have used a silver bullet because it isn't dead enough.

I could really go for a J-dog.......

I would have taken French despite calling French Fries Liberty Fries even though they were really created by the Belgians. That is how much I hate the idea of learning Latin

Latin? unless we're talking about women, it sounds like the lamest thing ever. I'd just go ahead and choke a b. Also, I wish you had a J-dog too.
